Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Please read these Affiliate Program Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before joining our program. By signing up to be an affiliate in the BooksGenie.ai Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Program application. We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it promotes sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a member of our Program, you agree to:

• Represent our brand and products in a positive and professional manner.
• Not engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited commercial email.
• Not use paid advertising that competes with our own marketing efforts (e.g., bidding on branded keywords).
• Ensure that your website and marketing materials do not copy or resemble the look and feel of the BooksGenie.ai website.

3. Commission and Payouts

You will receive a commission for each new customer who signs up for a paid plan through your unique referral link. Commissions are paid out via PayPal on the 1st of each month for the previous month's earnings, provided your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold of $50.

4. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. We may terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending commissions and must immediately cease using all marketing materials and referral links.

5. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your participation in the Program. Your continued participation in the Program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
